Comparison

Comparison

The comparison is something you should avoid. There are several studies that found the Facebook comparison as a cause of depression and bad mood. Despite this, many therapists will tell you to look at other people and see that you have a better life than they. From one side, this is a good thing. It can give you motivation and optimism, and we know how much these things are important. On the other side, why would you look at other peoples’ lives? You have your life and you should make it as good as possible.

Comparison may be useful but may be harmful as well. If you compare yourself it people who are happier that you, you have a problem. But if you compare yourself with people who are less happy than you, you will get better mood. The only problem is. When you compare yourself for a longer time, you will get that habit. This means that you will compare your life to the lives of other people all the time. We can say that comparison is a bad thing, in general.

If you have a good life, you will notice that other people compare their life with yours. This, you can use. If people tell you that you are a happy person with a good life, it is a reason for happiness. Yes, people lie, but not in this case. When you are a happy person, you can do much more. Simply said, there is no boundaries in your life. The secret is to be reasonably proud. This means that your head must be on your shoulders, not at the sky. If you have a reasonable opinion about yourself, you will see things in their real light.
