Green tea is made from the leaves of Camellia sinensis by minimal oxidation procedures. It offers many health benefits and is mostly considered as perfect tea for rejuvenation.Medically also, Green Tea has many health benefits .It can help cancer patients by stopping the growth and spread of cells responsible for Cancer .Japanese drink more of Green Tea so there are fewer cases of cancer registered. Even it is very helpful for diabetic patients as it balances sugar level into the blood stream. Risk of cataracts is also reduced .Green Tea is consumed without Milk so there are no calories in it.
 
Most dietitians recommend drinking it with healthy diet and exercise. It has been found that this tea is as effective as Aspirin, so can be used to decrease the thickness of blood. This tea contains anti-oxidants which prevent arthritis by blocking the enzymes which attract bones and destroy them.There are a lot of creams in market which are used for anti-aging treatment and contain Green Tea as main ingredient. It controls growth of bad bacteria in body and speeds up the growth of good bacteria .Drinking this Tea regularly lowers cholesterol level, make arteries wide thereby reducing the risk of heart diseases. Drinking its 4 cups daily can reduce tooth decay as it contains fluoride, essential for stronger teeth. This Tea contains approx. half the amount of caffeine in coffee, so there are no harmful effects as compared to that of drinking too much of coffee .
